This website is operated from Denmark and our educational services are offered to participants throughout Canada. We make no representation that the website or its content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in locations other than Canada and Denmark. If you access this website from a jurisdiction outside Canada or Denmark, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your jurisdiction. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact F.J. Holding ApS at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days of receiving your written notice describing the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the courts specified in Section 12 above. EU residents retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website, without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
