When are the sessions?

Session 1 takes place on June 5, 2026, and Session 2 on June 12, 2026. Both sessions begin at 19:00 EET and last between 60 and 75 minutes each. The schedule allows participants from multiple time zones to attend at a reasonable hour. Both sessions are standalone but complementary, with Session 2 building on concepts introduced in the first session.

What format is the webinar?

The webinar is delivered as a live online event with two sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each. The first session covers foundational topics like workload planning and client management. The second session focuses on advanced anti-burnout techniques and includes a Q&A segment where you can ask the invited expert questions directly about the topics covered.

This webinar is designed for freelancers at any experience level who want to improve their workload management, set healthier boundaries with clients, and prevent burnout. Whether you are just starting out or have been freelancing for years, the research-based strategies presented are applicable across creative, technical, and consulting disciplines.
